Scholarship Scheme The Department of Posts is launching a Scholarship Scheme called Deen Dayal SPARSH Yojana to award children in the class category of Standard VI to IX. Under the Scholarship for Promotion of Aptitude & Research in Stamps as a Hobby or Deen Dayal SPARSH Yojana it is proposed to award annual scholarships to those students who have good academic record and also pursue Philately as a hobby. Details of the Scheme: Every Postal Circle will give maximum of 40 scholarships to 10 students each from Standard VI, VII, VIII & IX. The scholarship amount will be disbursed quarterly to regular students studying in class VI-IX in recognized schools.
